Beautiful studio apartment near the Norfolk Broads

Great style , well considered

Really needed to do some washing . Realise little space and I went to the local laundromat . Washing machine in the property would have surpassed my needs .

The property was booked for a colleague, our colleague was very happy with the accommodation. The host was quick to respond to enquiries prior to booking and made the whole experience straightforward and pleasant. Would definitely book again.

Large studio which was fully equipped with everything I needed. Bed very comfortable and room warm and clean. Parking onsite. Situated in a semi rural area but close to main roads providing access to Norwich and surrounding areas. Greg was welcoming and checked that everything was OK. Good communication via the App. Would definitely recommend and would stay again. Thanks 😊

The apartment was perfect with all amenities we needed. We have used this apartment before and would highly recommend to people visiting Norfolk.

Small but perfectly formed studio, excellently equipped with lovely finishing touches such as fresh flowers and slippers. Easy parking, quiet location. Great base for us to visit family nearby. Greg has been very helpful in allowing us to check in early, although our paths have not crossed yet he always responds quickly to messages , which is much appreciated.

This is a repeat stay for us and the studio is normally fairly quiet, so the sudden loud crash at around 7.20 am on our last day was totally unexpected! Our best guess is that the garage door will adjoins the studio was opened/shut, which had the effect of shaking the whole room. In fairness, beyond the normal " semi detached" noises from the main house on the other side of the wall, this is genuinely one of the quieter places we have stayed so I d hope this was a one off.

Spotless and beautifully decorated studio in a perfect location. We really enjoyed our 3 nights there and we wish we stayed longer! Thank you Greg for being an amazing host!

Lovely little studio, excellently equipped. We did not meet the host in person but he was most generous in helping us arrange an early check in. Everything was immaculate, there was even fresh flowers on the table. We have close family in a nearby village so are delighted to have found this place.

We did not eat here as we ate with family, so we did not need to work out how to use the microwave/oven combo, thankfully (it is probably easier than it looks) There are two electric rings as well though.
