Easy access to apartment with directions given a few days in advance. Self-check in so never met a person, which is fine. So convenient to the walled city as you are steps away from one of the gates. Convenient walking tour to sites and two shopping centers nearby. If you need to buy groceries to stock the kitchen that can be done at numerous locations. The apartment is spacious enough with a large seating area. Amply equipped kitchen. Bedroom and bath are small but adequate in size. Parking is available on the adjacent Carlisle Street (free for first hour and then needs to be moved.) The apartment gave suggestions for several parking pay garages, yet a local gentleman told us to park on Abercorn Road which is always free and only five minutes walk from the apartment (other side of the "Hands Across the Divide" roundabout sculpture and Craigavon Bridge). We parked there twice as we took the car out for a drive through County Donegal.

Unfortunately, the apartment does not provide shower gel. Bring your own or be prepared to shop for it before settling in. (My question - What happens if someone arrives late at night, wants to shower and there is no shower gel? Seems like something pretty cheap to provide for guests.) Secondly, the guest book for pertinent information is outdated. Luckily, the message from the host through booking.com had the correct Wifi code, the book's code is not correct.. It's little things like this which matter to the traveler. For these reasons I believe my rating is accurate.
