"TRULY OUTSTANDING IN EVERYWAY"

well thought out property and very helpful hostess, Julie. Beautiful, clean and well equipped apartment, with supplies of some breakfast food and little treats left - which was a lovely added touch. comfortable bed and settee. It's got wheelchair access and is all on the ground floor. Shower room also well stocked and towels were good size and quality.

we had trouble with satnav and were late to arrive - ENTIRELY OUR OWN FAULT - WE FAILED TO TAKE NOTICE OF DIRECTIONS SUPPLIED BY JULIE - AND SATNAV DIRECTIONS GOT US V LOST INDEED!

This is a perfect home away from home. The host, Julie, provided so many little extras ie, tea, coffee, milk, selection of breakfast options, the property is modern, beautifully decorated, lovely and clean, the bathroom fully loaded with toiletries, even a pair of straighteners should you have forgotten your own! Apartment is in a quiet location aside from occasional noise from trains running nearby but this is not intrusive enough to spoil your stay.

It is an excellent flat, in a nice wee village. Very nicely funished, has everything you need, really. Julie is also a fabulous host! 15min walk to the station, then 4mins to the airport or 20mins to City Centre.

Issues with getting Uber at night, need to account for a premium to get back from town after 23.30 (no trains after that). Trains running very close to the flat, so ear plugs essential for a good sleep.

Julie has thought of absolutely everything you could need whilst away from home. Very comfortable living area, fully stocked kitchen including coffee machine. Little extras like a snack box, just really thoughtful and appreciated after a long day. Comfortable sofa and bed, lovely toiletries in the bathroom. Nice powerful shower. Quiet area.

Nothing we didn’t like about the property. We did find it a little cold but it’s February so probably not an issue most of the year.

"Exceptional"

Very clean, quiet and spacious apartment. Lots of little extra touches included like: soaps, slippers, breakfast hamper etc. It's located in a lovely little village and is a short walk from the station. So it's super easy to get to the NEC or Birmingham.

The property is located next to the train line. This didn't bother me, but it may do for some.
