Its absolutely disgusting and hasn't been cleaned in god knows how long. The email you get from the owners or manager whoever they are after you book is extremely blunt and unwelcoming how they have managed to keep caravans on this site without getting kicked off is beyond me these pictures aint even half of it i have never in my life stayed somewhere so grim

The house would be fantastic if it were clean.

I would never go back to the same place especially with a small child. Very dirty. You can't cook. I took pictures of everything when I arrived it was disgusting. Please remove the option for family because children can get sick there.

The place was absolutely filthy! Not fit for the public!! Strongly advise staying away… I have taken pictures and the condition of the place

Absolutely nothing about the caravan!

The caravan was absolutely disgusting, for a homiday as a family for my daughters birthday to feel I have to clean before we can try settle in is disgusting, the table in the living area had no screws in the table so my 3 year old daughter unfortunately had it fall on her as wasn't secure just resting on the mental stand. Unfolded the bed in the living area to find down back absolutely disgusting with dirt and small dead flying creatures. The smell of foist hits you minute you open the door, told there would be washing up liquid provided had to buy our own soon as got there to wash up the awful dirty glasses and dirty utensils. Told passes wasn't included but could be bought at the reception NOT TRUE due to the site not having correct paper work from caravan owners so children very disappointed to not be able use the pool etc all round an absolute waste of money only enjoyment we got was from going to the peir in clacton which nothing to do with the caravan site and costing more money than we had budgeted for. Toothpaste all in sink and on mirror/wooden shelf in bedroom in suit, hair balls in carpets, The list goes on all in all i am absolutely disgusted!

Nothing the caravan was full of mould

No passes to do stuff like swimming and clubhouse for the kids. Also couldn't buy any as they can't get in contact with the owner. Was a waste of money caravan is full of mold there is no tap in the bathroom so we couldn't even use that.

Didn't stay booked for 2 nights couldn't even sleep in there slept in my car the most inhabitable disgusting inhumane caravan i have stepped foot inside it stank and was so so filthy I travelled 80 miles with my husband and partner to be greeted with this unexcepptable

very dirty, smelly, no mop for cleaning, incomplete vacuum cleaner, no tap in the bathroom, no microwave, dirty fridge, only 3 glasses
