very clean and comfortable, also well equipped

the neighbours above us were a nightmare, screaming, banging and swearing

10 minute walk to the sea front along the lovely scenic river, the apartment was super cosy and clean. Easy to find upon entry to Lyme, parking right outside and everything you needed to hand within the apartment itself. Such brilliant hosts, in contact for any needs and all information provided in good time. Will definitely be staying again!

The property was excellent, very clean and well equipped. It was spacious and, in better weather, was nice to have the option of sitting outside. The instructions from the host were very helpful and they were easy to contact and very responsive. The location was ideal for accessing all the attractions in Lyme Regis.

Not much to fault. Parking was a bit tight but was good to have a dedicated space. Layout of bedroom meant was not possible to have bedside table which would have been preferable.

Well appointed just what we needed.

One thing needs addressing is the wooden step from the shower. I managed to trip 3 times.

Nicely furnished and a well equipped kitchen. Had everything we needed and more. Clean, comfortable and a great location. On-site parking.

A bit noisy sometimes with footsteps from the property upstairs - sounded like children running around

Location was great for a pleasant walk down to the town & sea front (10-12 minutes). Accommodation was spacious & comfortable.

Wi-fi was available (though not advertised as such) but could have been better.
