Great place, so comfortable. Easy walk into town.

If you have limited mobility it might be a better difficult to walk around as it was on a steep hill.

Location. Homely touches. Well equipped. Host responsive to messages.

Was really impressed with the property had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Great location for us to go exploring the area with many leaflets and information of the area to hand. Would highly recommend and would definitely come back

Just found the key safe a little tricky but once figured it out was fine. The shower was a little slow to drain away when using it

Loved the cosy decor and space. The bedroom and lounge were really comfy, and the kitchen dining area was lovely. Loved that a parking space was included. We felt really at home here

No WiFi! Hosts say they don't advertise as having it, but in this day and age, it should be standard. Also, the bedroom smelt a little musty, which was a shame, but didn't ruin our stay.

Pleasant flat, well equipped, lots of space, nice little garden. We were there for only one night so hardly made use of the facilities but I think this property would especially suit someone looking for a base for a longer stay. There is a kitchen, so big savings to be be made on not having to eat in restaurants for every meal. The location is also good, on a quiet street, with good access to the centre of Lyme.

There was nothing to complain about at all. shame didn't stay longer because the flat was very cosy, relaxing and superbly accommodated all needs. Would have been nice to stay and relax longer. Travelled by train to the area from London, and caught a bus outside the station. Dropped us off all most to the front door. Don't really need the car as access to all routes very easy, but was told that during the summer months, gets really busy and queues can be very long. Lyme Regis is hilly! Some steep walking is needed to get anywhere, and to and from the flat to the town/village and the beach requires some stamina, especially if you have visited the local pubs with their excellent choice of beers! I wouldn't rush back to Lyme Regis, but would love to stay in the flat, as it was absolutely perfect; no one should be disappointed if they stayed; one of the best places I have stayed.
