Spacious, comfortable and very helpful hosts.

Lots of stairs to get to our apartment!!!

We liked being close by the sea and family we came to visit. Lots of shops and lots were going on in Redcar bike races we could watch from our window down to the sea and Saturday was lots on and the races on . Close to station for a visit to lovely saltburn. We had a lovely stay

It was close to the beach and quite spacious, we went with a baby and a 6 year old.

It served a purpose and was nice watching the sunset over the sea.

The property needs some TLC, the handrail up-to the 3rd floor isn’t secured enough and with how steep the stairs are this could be unsafe. The TV didn’t work/connect to wifi. Small towels and no bath mat supplied. No tea/coffee sachets supplied. Carpet tatty and in need of replacement in living area.

Room was lovely. However Bath didn't have a tap so had to run with the shower which takes a very long time. If you didn't have a smart phone then you wouldn't be able to get unto your room at all. And u should be able to be reassured your bedroom door is locked which you cannot.

The fact that me and my 3 children were up all night due to the noise. I've never experienced a night in a hotel where its so loud you can hear the people above you walking about its above a pub sp thats a noise issue and I felt like I was I. A fast and furious movie with all the cars racing outside. Terrible location. Also i had to get Mt mother to bring me some bedding up so My daughter didn't sleep on a quilt and pillow with no covers on.
