GBReally wonderful and bright studio in a good location, lots of walking routes about and easy to get to Nutbourne, Chichester etc. The room was spacious and warm, and the kitchen perfectly sized too with a microwave/toaster oven, hob and fridge/freezer. Everything was really lovely! Also, the wifi was really good.
My only warning to future guests is to be careful you go through the side gate to the RIGHT of the house (facing the house) and not round to the other side as that's the neighbour's house and their dog is not friendly, haha! Also the hair dryer didn't work and the hot water bottle had a leak, but these are not really issues.

Sprung Mattress was just awful,impossible to relax/sleep , one moved, the other was moved! not fit for purpose for two adults .Aubrey cottage was also rented out to a young family, so sharing garden space.
