Everything creaked!

Very tidy, very nice furnishings, excellent parking facilities and very central (only a couple of minutes from the Philharmonic)

The only downside of the property unfortunately isnt anything to do with the apartment itself. The neighbours clearly smoke quite a lot of weed and the flat had an overwhelming smell of it. It was very strong in the entrance, therefore also in the hallway of the apartment. It was the only downside of our stay.

Free private parking, Clean rooms and bathroom, Smart TVs in lounge and bedroom.

Lock on main door, sofa bed not comfy

Excellent location. Plenty of space. Comfortable bed. Was easily able to contact the owner when I needed to.

Lovely property very clean and well presented

Getting the keys was confusing. Separate codes/access for external and flat door was confusing and not made clear. I was outside main door for 10 minutes trying to figure out the access. The electronic code system for the flat door was good. There was no hot water for the shower after my wife had her shower. This was not acceptable.

The apartment is just super, I recommend it to everyone. It's very convenient to have a private parking lot

Apartment had everything I needed for a short trip to visit my daughter in University, close to the city centre and university buildings, warm and comfortable, bed was comfy and nice having the TV so I could lie in bed watching it!

Nothing! A footstool would be welcome in the living room though
