Liverpool Georgian Quarter 1 Bed Apartment Sleeps 4

Good location close to town centre but on a fairly quiet street. Margaret responded quickly to problems/questions. Flat was nicely decorated, kitchen well equipped, bathroom great

The flat is described as sleeping 4 but the sofa bed was so uncomfortable it was impossible to sleep on. Main bedroom is nice but right next to the main entrance of the building so it's noisy when people from other flats are coming and going. It wasn't clear where our parking space was - we had to phone to ask and were told where to park, but then received a note from neighbours because we'd parked in their space. A bit more information would have been helpful on arriving in the flat e.g. where to park, Wifi code, where the bins are. We found all this out by asking neighbours or phoning Margaret but it would have been better not to have to ask

Lovely place, excellent communication with host.

Great location for university and town

Was not very clean. Smelled fusty, sofa bed mattress was very smelly and v uncomfortable. Dust under furniture which kept appearing on the floors. Flat was pretty noisy with street sounds (single glazed at front), bed wobbled in front bedroom when other flat inhabitants came in communal entrance door.

Good Size and location

Bad conversion, noise from other flats.
