Liverpool Georgian Quarter 1 Bed Apartment Sleeps 4

Very clean and had all we needed. Easy instructions to follow and easy to contact the owner with a question about parking. Great hairdryer too!

Bed was lovely and comfortable, easy to drive to, felt secure, parking good with visitors permit, few shops just round corner including tesco express, kfc and others, good water pressure, apartment is on entry level so no lugging suitcase up flights of stairs.

Struggled opening bin gate, not sure if I was doing it wrong, couldn't find a jug or little one to fill iron, but overall was well equipped.

very spacious has everything you need , would return but not in summer

was so hot only had one fan and couldn’t open the windows , not close to station about 15 mins walk

It was in a very convent spot, big place and great tvs!! Had. All of the essentials microwave stove cups ect.. and thank the lord a kettle

I liked pretty much everything the only thing I would be weary of is going to the little strip of shops by yourself nothing the property can do but yeah

A nice place to stay, nothing flashy but adequate.

We didn't have any tea towels and the mixer for the shower wasn't working properly so we ended up having baths. We requested someone to come look at it but we were out and the property manager didn't have another set of keys for access for a plumber.

Lock box for key for main door and a code for the door to the apartment. all worked really well. Perfect our needs. Ground floor so no stairs to contend with. Bed settee not terribly comfy, but I have slept on worse. Really good communication from the owners with a call to let us know the property was ready for check in. Very keen traffic wardens in the area. He was sniffing round my car in the time it took me to get into the apartment and get the visitor pass. All was fine when I flashed the pass at him, but worth bearing to make sure you go straight back out with the pass.

Felt at home straight away - very cosy living room. Kitchen had everything we needed. Great location too!

Lovely rain shower but we were unable to change the temperature of the shower which was far too hot. The bed in the bedroom was very comfy but the sofa bed uncomfortable and there was still a dirty sheet on the sofa bed from previous guests. There was a clean sheet there that we had to put on ourselves.
