"A very pleasant stay, all the attractions were within 30 minutes walking"

"Great location, large apartment with everything needed for your time in Liverpool."

Location was excellent; I could walk or catch a bus into the city. The apartment was a great size, especially since I travel alone. The kitchen was fully equipped so I was able to make some of my own meals. The bed was comfortable, but I needed some blankets. The two large screen TVs were terrific and I loved being able to watch TV in two rooms. Internet was really good.

I was cold. I don’t know if there’s some secret heating available, but I couldn’t find it. There were displays on the wall showing degrees, but I couldn’t figure out if they did something. I’m from a hot climate, so need instructions for heating, if there is any. I found the high bath/shower difficult to get into, but that’s just because I’m old with dodgy knees. Most people would be OK.

Very convenient location for the Philharmonic Hall. Quiet street with parking outside using the permit provided. Plenty of hot water for shower and good towels.

Very tired and shabby. Felt like only the minimum was being done to maintain the property. Instructions for access to internal door and parking received prior to and during the visit were wrong. Ok for two adults only

Very clean and had all we needed. Easy instructions to follow and easy to contact the owner with a question about parking. Great hairdryer too!
