Liverpool Georgian Quarter 1 Bed Apartment Sleeps 4

Great location being close to the city centre. The host was communicative throughout.

Entering the flat, there's a lot of rubbish around the front, and a bit of a smell as you enter the flat itself (perhaps smoking in the flat below). There are a few bits in the flat that feel tired or broken, i.e. broken blind in bedroom, broken curtain in lounge, flooring is also very uneven and chipped in the bathroom, walls are a bit damaged in areas. There were areas that didn't feel thoroughly cleaned, especially the kitchen and bathroom - stained mugs, tea towel, and bath mat, as well as some rust and grime in the bathroom. Just felt like the place could do with a deep clean. The bedroom is right by the building's front door, which is very noisy when opened/closed, as well as general noise from the flat above (footsteps, washing machine etc). Not an easy one to fix, but just worth mentioning to any light sleepers. It was ok for us since we were there for just one night. Had it been longer I would have struggled.

The location was perfect, close proximity to most things restaurants, shops etc.

The house was uncomfortably cold, the only place with heating the bedroom, bathroom, and passageway. Everywhere else in the house was cold. My mom needed a puffer jacket to sit in the living room, so she opted to stay and have meals in the bedroom. I used a hot water bottle so I could sit in the lounge. When asked about the heating, the property manager didn't come to check the issue. We informed them that even after 4 hrs of checking in, the house was still cold, so they said they would bring a heater the following day, but this never came. Bathroom flooring was lifting at times it would get caught when trying to close the door. The curtain in the living room wouldn't close properly, it was falling off the railing.

Amazing stay! Location was great close to some small convenience stores and town centre. Bed was large and comfortable the facilities were excellent and the apartment was extremely spacious. The apartment was easy to enter and navigate, heated floors and and tvs in both the bedroom and living room.

Some utensils, kitchen appliances and cupboard doors were not clean.

Soon as.we walked in all we could smell is drugs knocked me absolutely sick so didn't even get the still out of the car.

We didn't stay we didn't even unpack the smell was too overwhelming.
