Liverpool Georgian Quarter 1 Bed Apartment Sleeps 4

Cleanliness and location is my priority and the apartment delivered both. As well as parking..superb on all 3 counts.

The mattress needs replacing soon as a bit lumpy for heavier people, like me. There was only one teaspoon and only one normal glass. Very minor inconvenience, nothing to make me give a bad review. Not you fault I'm heavy lol

Location was good

Washing machine was full of mold! Apartment not cleaned very well. Beds were uncomfortable and the owner was extremely rude and accused me of lying when I told them about the washing machine. No instructions on anything apart from for a lock on the front door that had been removed! Had to hunt for bedding for the sofa bed. Has a coffee machine that you can’t use as pods can only be ordered directly from Nespresso so completely pointless. Only 2 tiny glasses and 1 other glass so I had to drink from a mug.

Not as clean as it could be. Marks on sheets. Sofa bed not comfortable. Ok for 1 person but would not be good for 2

I really liked the flat, it is well laid out, spacious and quiet with a location perfect for the Philharmonic Hall where I was working. There are also supermarkets, coffee shops and restaurants close by. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom is nice (although there is currently a problem with the flooring) and there's a great rainfall shower. Kitchen is generally well equipped with some serviceable saucepans, a good induction hob and enough utensils to cook simple meals. Parking with visitor permit is right outside the door and I never had trouble finding a space. I would definitely stay again if the price was right.

I would say the place is only superficially clean. There is a lot of dirt behind the sofa, the dining table is sticky and I had to wash a lot of the plates and cutlery before using them, which is unfortunately common in places with no dishwasher. Knives need sharpening.The host should check inside the washing machine... I sent a message via Booking.com asking for instructions regarding rubbish and recycling but no reply. Blinds and curtains broken unfortunately. And sorry to end with something that's out of control of the host - but the entrance hall of the building absolutely reeked of weed, day and night, and it gets into the flat. Someone's obviously got a serious problem with it and if you cope with that you should maybe look to stay elsewhere.

Spacious, lots of utensils and kitchen necessities. Parking being included. The building &street were quiet of a night time so I was not disturbed. The location was perfect for my needs.

The oven was not clean, I had to clean the oven pan before use as there was food and oil on it from previous use. Property would benefit from kitchen foil/ cling film for guest use/ convenience. Blinds in the bedroom could not be opened as slightly broken.
