Great communication. Lovely property. Clean and well stocked. Very good location and really a great find. Re commended. Slightly cold in lounge but it was below freezing outside. Will definitely use this again if need accommodation in Liverpool. Thank you.

great location to walk into liverpool and see the sights. Lovely apartment with lovely amenities and good internet and TV so we could chill and just watch netflix when we came in and got tired. Host was lovely and checked on us throughout stay - high recommend to anyone visiting Liverpool. Margaret is a boss host!

Location was excellent for my daughter’s university accommodation. It was great to be able to access the property to gain the parking permit before the time of arrival so I did not incur parking charges. The main bedroom was very comfortable.

The entrance to the flat smelt strongly of weed. The sofa. Bed was very uncomfortable, sorry.

Paid for early check in but didn’t get access code until I rang, very poor communication around early check in. Sofa bed not made up despite making it clear that 3 people were staying-had to search for bedding and make it up ourselves. Area and apartment were a bit run down

Good location for me visiting the university. And comfy bed.

There is a light seems not working in the hallway.

The flat was one of 7 with a common front door. The main bedroom of 3 was at the front door. So, every time residents entered or left all hours, the front door slammed and rattled the wall floor and pillow. This went on for hours after I returned at 1030pm after a show. The main living area doubles as the second bedroom, no privacy, at all. The TV in the main living had no remote, so it could not be used.

My review of Flat 3, 122 Bedford Street would be misleading if I didn't mention the following 1; The communication with the host was very poor and was led by myself asking questions rather than the host being proactive. 2; On arrival at the property there was a distinct smell of cannabis. 3; It was cold on the weekend we visited and the underfloor heating in the bedroom and lounge did not work. This was not user error as I am a qualified electrician and know how to work heating controls. 4; The apartment was at street level and the bedroom window faced the street. As this was a student area it was very noisy at night with the students returning home in the early hours. 5; The apartment front door was very near the main front door and comings and goings of other residents could be clearly heard by the very loud banging of the front door. 6; The residents of the flat above could be clearly heard through the floor above. 7; There were no clear instructions in the property of how to activate the underfloor heating or how to access the Wi-Fi. 8; On vacation of the property we realised we had left an item behind. The owner made various claims about retrieval but ultimately did not engage in facilitating the return of our belongings. In short, very dissapointed.
