A bit neglected, stains on the wall, cracked tile etc

Space bed was good TV was good

Stairs going into place didn't have a banister to hold onto its very difficult to get your luggage up

A lovely spacious place to stay. was way bigger than expected,specially becuase the price was so affordable, overall it was a lovely time spent. Would highly reccomend

Lots of room, decent equipment. A good place for 1 or 2 people to base themselves in Leiston.

Some noise from the road. Parking needed care. Finding keycode box a little confusing.

Perfect location for a little getaway and escape feom city life for a few days

The decor is a little dated and needs touching up here and there but it didn't effect our stay at all

Confusion over the key Box which resulted in making an out of hours call to the host. They were very helpful in pointing me in the right direction!

Smart, comfortable, well equipped flat. Very clean and conveniently situated.

The stairs up to the flat were rather narrow and steep - perhaps not appropriate for elderly visitors.
