Parking space could be better highlighted and accessible. Difficult to park on the slabs due to the proximity of the building wall. Front door to the property is not well advertised and when entering through the correct outer door, the inner door is also not signed appropriately.

The place was very spacious. It had its own off street parking. The bed was very comfy

A lot! Firstly we were not told that number 2 was inside door number 1,so spent a long time trying to find number 2! Then it turned out to be an upstairs flat, which was not made clear on the website, there was no banister rail and very steep narrow staircase , dangerous for people like my husband with some mobility issues. At the bottom of the stairs in the hallway was a lot of rubbish debris outside our door! Inside the bathroom door handle spindle is broken, the door does not close properly. There are no proper grab handles in the bathroom to aid getting in and out of the bath. In the living room a part of the blind is broken, part or the plaster on the ceiling is about to drop off. The ceiling plinth in the bedroom looks like it's going to drop off!

The location was very good for my needs

The evenings were very hot but wasn’t able to open windows because the flat is situated on a very noisy road and there was no fan unless you paid for which I think was a little mean considering it was so hot

There was very little to do in the town itself which we knew when booking, but it was easy enough to get by car to all the areas we wanted to e.g Aldeburgh, Southwold, Snape etc.

The standard of cleanliness was very poor. Every room was dirty, with cobwebs and dust, dirty, sticky and stained floors, greasy worktops/hob, dirty handprints on the doors. I could go on. There were numerous damaged items including cracked floor tiles, broken blinds, dustbin, lights… Bed was small.
