"A lovely apartment in a good location"

Location good. Comfortable and clean close to shops

All good but more detailed instructions on heating system, laundry powder for washing machine etc - we’re from Australia and did not know what some of the products were.

"Great location but poor parking"

Excellent location and facilities. Everything we could possibly need was there!

Parking was a nightmare! Why don’t they provide a residents permit? TV had a dodgy screen with lines and shading.

Very clean and modern property. Close to shops and front. Plenty of space, especially the kitchen.

Had to hunt for parking, but found it quite quickly - on street. Lighting in living room not good for reading. Another lamp would have been useful, but a minor point really!

"Mumbles gem"

Excellent location. Well equipped, clean and comfortable. Mumbles was great for bars and restaurants.

Not easy to park adjacent to property. Fine once we dropped our things off and found a cheap car park a few minutes away.
