Stunning 1 bedroom Flat in The Mumbles

Great spacious apartment. Could've moved in! Had everything we needed, using it as a base for a local event.

All great.

The location. Over the road from a coffee shop/vegan cafe and a chip shop...a couple of minutes you were on Newton Street 7 bars, and eateries were...five minutes down the road was lots of bars and restaurants on the seafront. The apartment didn't want for nothing...it even had a two washing tablets, and 4 dishwasher tablets, soap, shower gel, salt and kitchen roll.

Could have some more hooks in the bathroom and the bedroom. The floor could do with a clean. Parking could have been as issue but we had a Blue Motability Badge...but we did get parking opposite and there was NO traffic wardens about.

Beautiful apartment with a lovely lay-out, everything looked brandnew. Perfect location and we enjoyed coffees and lunch at Boo’s Kitchen, just across the street.

The shower didn’t work properly. We could only use the rain shower and there was hardly any water coming out. The other shower had no water at all. We think there is something wrong with the water pressure.

Love this property. This is our second visit and we now call it our home from home. Always clean and very homely and welcoming.

I can’t say there is anything I don’t like about this property hence why we came back and will be coming again.

The flat is ideally located just a couple of streets away from the seafront, shops and restaurants. The flat is a great size, ijt's beautifully decorated, clean, modern and well equipped. The owner was very helpful and quick to respond to our messages. We were fortunate to be able to find parking on the roads around the flat..

We would echo the previous reviews that the bed is very hard. The TV has a fault which can make watching tricky with lines down the screen. The balcony would be a lovely benefit to the flat and we tried to sit out in the sunshine but there wasn't room because of the recycling that is piled there.

Location good, cleanliness good.

The niggles were mostly minor. TV needs replacing. More crockery would be good, and bigger cafetiere please. Balcony not useable due to bins/recycling build-up.

The flat was in a great location. It was right in town, a short from some nice places to eat and drink. The flat was quite large - much larger than it appeared in photos - so it made for a great holiday stay.

The one drawback was parking. It was quite hard to find on street parking near the property, but that's just how the whole town is.

Nicely finished

TV is hard to watch. The screen has a defect on it and it’s a little too small. Two large bags of recycling left on the balcony. Was beautiful weather but couldn’t use it
