Central Bright 3 Bed Flat with Pool & Parking

Great location for Haymarket station, less than 10 minute walk. The flat itself was quiet, a good size, with great beds and pillows. The shower was good, instant hot water and a good size.

The surrounding streets are a mixed bunch. The pool area isn't great as it serves lots of people and has been there a long time. The sauna was out of action entirely when we stayed. There are three flights of stairs to get into the flat.

Cute place, incredible location. Tons of restaurants and shops just a block or two away. Right off multiple bus lines and 10 min walk to tram. Oh and REALLY appreciated the garage parking spot

The sofas looked a bit worn down and under the sofas could have been cleaned more properly.

We had an amazing stay , excellent location beautiful flat with everything you could need in the property.

The location was perfect for Edinburgh city centre . Quite area with plenty of shops and places to eat out or just have a take away .

I booked this apartment for a recent festive break in Edinburgh. The owner was very kind and allowed us to drop our bags off as we were arriving in Edinburgh about lunch time which was much appreciated. The apartment is a good 30 minute walk to Edinburgh Christmas market but is quite a pleasant walk,passed several independent shops & eateries. We discovered several little coffee shops & a great tapas restaurant pretty close to the apartment,had we not been staying there we wouldn’t have ventured to this part of Edinburgh. An Uber will cost about £10 however there are regular trams & buses. The apartment itself was clean but wasn’t the cosy,comfy apartment I hoped it would be. The sofa in the living room was hard & uncomfortable which was a real shame after spending all day exploring Edinburgh. There were none of the usual little touches you normally expect like a pint of milk for your arrival. I have stayed in lots of apartments/holiday lets and this is pretty standard. There are several shops nearby however but it just would have been nice. Instead we had a couple of tea bags & a few bits left behind by previous holiday makers. The apartment can sleep 6 with 2 double beds & a room with bunk beds however there is just the one bathroom which can be a bit of an issue! All in all the apartment was clean & we had most things we needed but it just lacked the wow factor.

Having only one bathroom was a pain as was discovering we only had one wine glass between 4! Also,this is nothing to do with the apartment but just a word of warning. On the Saturday we really didn’t fancy cooking or going out as we had spent a full on day in Edinburgh so decided to order take away. We spent a substantial amount of money ordering Indian food but it never arrived 😢
