Property was central for lynmouth, near to beach, shops, restaurants. Lovely decoration, clean and bright, perfect for our short stay. Scones, cream and jam a nice welcome.

"Beautiful apartment in most stunning location."

Excellent location. Very clean and modern. Very spacious. Private parking near apartment. Really quiet at night. Milk, scones, cream and jam on arrival was a lovely treat. Plenty of local walks. Lovely sea view. Lots of local pubs. Good value.

Maybe change bed to king size bed.

The location was perfect, overlooking the river and the sea. The property was spacious, clean with everything that could possibly be needed.

The only thing that could be improved was the bathroom extractor fan.

"A great stay, perfect little getaway."

Everything was as described to me in the communications. We even had scones and Jam in the fridge!

The only thing that we didn't like - the bed was uncomfortable. I am sure this is a personal thing, but for us we both struggled with this.

"Relaxing week in Lynmouth"

Very well equipped apartment in great location. Lynmouth is a delightful place, walks from the door. Even in March off season we had a choice of places to eat

"A Fabulous Place to stay"

Amazing location close to shops, pubs, galleries and access to great walks. Private parking was a bonus. Very clean property with a relaxing lounge inc. TV, board games, and great heating. The kitchen had all we needed to cook during our stay. Thanks for the dog treats & NYE welcome bubbly n scones...a lovely arrival surprise for us & our pup!

It's hard to find something we didnt like...but I guess the shower could have been a little more powerful.
