"Absolutely delightful accommodation for a couple in a perfect location"

Postman's Knock was perfect for our needs. The apartment was spacious and well furnished making our stay very comfortable. The location couldn't have been better - the perfect sea view from the main window. We had a problem with the bathroom light on arrival. We reported it and it was fixed within 30 mins!!!

Everything was perfect - we look forward to staying at the Postman's Knock again very soon.

The apartment is very clean, comfortable and ideally located. The cream tea and welcome box for our dog was a lovely touch!

"Excellent location, lovely host."

Brilliant correspondence with host. Lovely touch by adding bottle of prosecco for special occasion. Really impressed. The car parking space is also a massive bonus.

If I'm being really pedantic, there was only 2 tea bags of English Breakfast (i.e. non fruit tea). This meant we had to buy more, but this was no real issue to be honest.

"Great stay, wouldn't hesitate to return"

Location was great, close to some beautiful walks. Nicely furnished flat. Very clean

Car parking space was big, but unfortunately there was a car parked opposite that made manoeuvring into the space tricky for a larger car. Temporarily moving a pot plant out of the way helped!

"A fantastic property, would thoroughly recommend!"

The property was situated so centrally in Lynmouth, and made it the perfect base for days out around the village. Having the private parking space was an extra bonus, as parking in Lynmouth can be tricky! The apartment had amazing views over the river to the sea, and was really comfortably furnished and tastefully decorated. We had a wonderful stay, and were really impressed overall. The welcome gift of a cream tea was a really lovely extra touch!

The storage heaters made the apartment a little too warm for the time of year, but this was easily remedied by turning them off and allowing them to cool down. This was a really minor inconvenience, and didnā€™t affect our stay, so overall we would thoroughly recommend this property to anyone who loves visiting Lynmouth and Exmoor!
