A great location and spacious apartment. Convenient to have a parking bay provided.

It wasn't clear there was only one parking bay provided, we had 2 cars. Emptying the rubbish in yard the first time the black door shut and my key wouldn't fit in lock and code for gate not working so I was stuck! Fortunately a resident happened to open the door for me. He said he leaves right side of door open, never shuts the door.

Great location - easy access to York city centre and right next to a large Sainsbury's. The building is the recently converted 19th century York County Hospital (hence the name). I was concerned the small skylights in the bedrooms might feel too dark, but they were fine, with full blackout blind. I had originally booked for 3 adults but wanted another couple to stay the first night and the hosts were really helpful (quick response and no extra cost). A lovely welcome mini-hamper.

The kitchen-diner is accessed through the living area. With the sofa bed open, you had to squeeze past it to get to the kitchen. The only other comment is that the mugs were quite small - which shows how good everything else was!

Everything was spot on si clean and in a perfect location

Think there could be a door put on the main bedroom to the toilet as doesn't seem appropriate for the guests in the other bedroom to be able to see into the main bedroom on their way to the bathroom

Location was great, 10 walk to York centre. Accommodation was spacious and well appointed.

The fridge didn't work, and so we couldn't keep things chilled. The broadband is to slow to work for there, it works ok for netflix (with a few stalls), but not good enough for zoom / teams calls. Also electric fire didn't work, although alternative heater was provided.
