I liked the location.

The owner only thinks about profit and doesn't think about the comfort of the guests. All the rooms are very dirty, the carpet is grimy, it looks like it's never been cleaned. Old bed linens and stained towels, disgusting. Dirty bathroom with a broken toilet and terrible cleaning, the apartment smells of cigarettes due to lack of cleaning. Unfortunately, they only think about financial profit and don't think about the guests. The bed is like a piece of wood and needs to be replaced. I woke up with body aches every night. The mattress is just wood, it's impossible to be comfortable in that bed.

Good location, close to central Preston. Even I met minor trouble in accomodation of the room on Sunday, they fixed by next day

Location was excellent.

The entry instructions was confusing. I had to phone the emergency number which was manned and they answered my question so that was a plus. Apartment was on the 3rd floor but the lift was out of action. There was no parking despite it saying there was on the booking.com website. There was an abundance of parking on every street corner so not a big issue. The parking recommendation given by hosts was not the nearest or the cheapest. This apartment in my opinion been bought to rent as it lacked the some home comforts. No hooks for dressing gowns on the doors. No hair dryer. A 3 bedroom property with a 2 seater sofa. Some mould in the bathrooms
