Beds are of no good quality, gave me back pain. No cleaning service. The stair case is dirty and smelly. The corridors are smelly.

No personal assistance at any time. All by email. Any new guest could be lost easily like me, if no help from a another tenant.

We couldn’t get access for the first day of a two day stay because we weren’t given the apartment number initially. this is an apartment block with lots of rooms on each floor. after knocking on a number of doors, trying the key in the empty ones we gave up and booked another hotel.

Accommodation was on the 4th floor, and the elevator wasn't working throughout the duration of stay. After several calls to fix, nothing was done. My wife and daughter(an infant) had to deal with going through the flight of stairs on a daily basis with buggy and other essentials for their daily outings. Check-in and check-out was hell as 3 pieces of luggage and other items had to be carried up through the stairs at check-in and down at checkout. A security deposit of £200 was deducted from my card every Sunday after the initial deposit of £200. A total of £800 has been taken without refunds as at the time of putting this up here.
