Modern, clean and comfortable apartment. Our second stay to visit family nearby. Highly recommended!

We self catered, enjoyed the little treats that were left. Was convenient to the station and town too Parking space was bonus.

There was no plug in the bathroom sink, so obviously wasted a lot of water when we wanted to use sink. Could have done with a grab bar in the shower, to make entering and getting out of the shower safely especially for older guests.

The property was very clean and well equipped. The lounge area was very comfortable and there was a very nice TV set. The beds were beautifully comfortable .

The hot water was a bit of a struggle, there was a message about that there might be a problem around that. I had to boil the kettle to do the washing up. It wasn’t a major problem and it did not affect the shower, as that worked separately. It did not spoil this day though. Indeed, I looked up to stay again in the New Year and was a bit disappointed, that it was a minimum three night stay. I guess that shows how good quality the accommodation is.

The bedrooms and general layout and feel of the flat was nice. It was a peaceful location and felt nice and safe.

Kitchen equipment could have been better. Very limited pots to cook in, and no lids. The frying pan also wasn't flat, meaning food doesn't cook evenly unless you constantly rotate it in the pan. Having the absolute bare minimum cutlery also made food preparation more difficult. There was no sugar for tea, so I had to buy a whole kilo bag. One of the main reasons to rent a flat is for self catering, so making it easy for people to cook should be a priority. I got the feeling whoever decided on the kitchen equipment doesn't cook very often. But apart from this, I appreciated the sweets and water bottles, and everything else was lovely. I really did like the flat and felt it was great value for money, so this feedback regarding the kitchen really is just intended to inform the owners so that they can equip the kitchen to the same high standard as everything else.
