Alma Apartments In A Perfect Location

Great location. Nothing special. Bed was comfortable.

Top floor and a lot of stairs. All comms are by email as we book for 2 nights all emails were repeated so we got about 20. Shower flow was very weak. Not perfectly clean. We initially thought on B.com it was an apartment. It was a studio! TV did not work properly. Real difficulty changing channels and volume would not adjust.

Location, comfortable rooms with cooking facilities

No air conditioning or fan. Can be uncomfortable on a hot day. Beds are also due for change as the mattress is too soft. Security is also relatively poor as other guests are ignorant of security. They never close the doors behind them. Lighting at the front is also poor and difficult to see when keying in the security keypads

Entrance hall & stairs to the apartment tired & dirty. Electric Shower didn’t work properly. Dirty Windows Significant deposit taken from my bank account without my authorisation.

Excellent location, lovely apartment. Very nicely decorated with everything you need for a weekend stay.

The location is a good, central part of Bristol. It is quite near the University.

My rooms were below street level so it was dark and quite noisy. It was difficult to find. The welcome instructions could be much better.
