Big spacious rooms, massive bathroom.Great location. Nice furnishing

Kitchen was not spotlessly clean as I would expect- especially the oven, front of cupboard doors and some of the utensils and cutlery. Could do with a few more homely touches- felt a bit sparse. Instructions for combi oven would useful.

The location was good. The apartment was clean.

There were no drawers. The bedside lights were badly sited and much too dim for reading. It would have been good to have some comfortable easy chairs. Hopewell staff did not send the key code as promised in the email and we had to ring them on arrival. There was no apology.

NO OVEN. A whole one bedroom apartment and for the price I paid I couldn’t believe I was not provided with an oven. The laundry room was grim looked like a laundry room you would see in a student accommodation. Also would have liked a washing machine in the apartment. HEATING DID NOT WORK IN LIVING ROOM! Only a small heater in the bedroom. Was provided with an electric heater but that took hours to heat up the living room. As it was -1 in the night. Luckily I had a hot water bottle. They did offer to have the property manager to come and have a look but I said no as I had a hot water bottle and by the next day the electric heater heated up the apartment. The next day I had the property manager walk in the apartment while I was NAKED in the bedroom. Don’t even email me or give me a call to say what time they was coming!!! Their excuse was the door was left on the latch.

Location was great; lovely quiet road but close to main road for buses and cafes etc. lovely shops and cafes on road itself too. The apartment itself is wonderful: spacious, stylish, clean, comfortable, cosy and homely. Super convenient to be able to relax and eat there in the evenings after a long day out.

Great location, very well equipped, comfortable bed and modern appliances.

The communal corridor and stairs were not very clean.
