Apartment was immaculate and staff responded straight away to any assistance. Beds very comfortable and 2 bathrooms well equipped a bonus. I'd definitely recommend. Location was Central as well at the very centre. Messages from the staff checking up if there was anything we needed was above and beyond.

We were happy no issues.

10 min walk to the MK train station; and above a courtyard with 5 restaurants, great spot to have dinner after a day away.

Lots of poorly executed renovations, there was a rip in the carpet which was a tripping hazard; the floor in the hall bathroom had a sagging spot that felt unsafe. We checked in for a trip with 4 adults, but were only left 3 towels and 1 hand towel. Communication with the staff was horrendous, the questions I asked were either not answered at all or answered incompletely after several weeks post my asking them.

I didn’t stay at the property I’d booked!! I was emailed a different address the day I was arriving Without any consultation by the owners!

How would I know!!! ??

Prior comms was excellent, process was seamless

The location was excellent and the apartment was a great size, the bathroom especially. The bed was comfortable and the bedroom had wardrobes.

Small point and have fed this back already was the kitchen tap dripped making a noise however we weren't in long enough for it to be a problem though.

The location was great for what we needed

There was only a small fan unit and it was really hot that weekend. We could only stay in the apartment for one night and checked into a hotel for the 2nd night because of the heat in the apartment. The oven did not have a shelf in it and the washing machine had a horrible smell when I opened the cupboard door that it was in.
