The window of the living room could not be closed completely, making it cold and little noisy, the flat was very old compared to the pictures and our expectations,

It was a fabulous place and easy access which was very helpful

The location to MK1 was convenient

The accommodation, broken window so lounge was cold. We sat in our coats every night. Silver fish in both bathrooms. Found out it was accommodation for asylum seekers and emergency housing. Not a holiday let. Not even cleaned ready for check in.

Location and parking was great close to bars and restaurants. 10th floor apartment great views.

I requested a 3-4pm check in, I messaged the company to ask how i could collect the keys, I was then asked for ID which i provided. I arrived at the property to collect keys from key box to find no keys. I called the number to be told the cleaner was still there and would come down to meet me. This took about 20 mins and i was then told i needed to give him another hour to 90 mins. I clearly wasn't happy so he invited me up to the apartment. I was then told i could wait in the twin room until he finished cleaning. The apartment is dated and all the window blinds were broken so was unable block out the lights to sleep in the dark. also struggled to lock the window in living area. Inter-com to main door also broken.

The blinds need replacing in all rooms, in the twin bedroom they didn't close therefore letting the light in from the buildings surrounding the apartment, including the huge red advertising board on the building next door.
