Lovely little flat. Awesome comfy bed!

No hand rail on steep staircase and smell coming from bathroom, smelt like drains. Also needs to be a lock on the inside of the external door. Cleaner & owner can walk in whenever they like, with only a digital code to get in and no way ti lock from the inside.

Enjoyed our stay very much, the decors modern and lovely, and it’s spotless. Absolutely everthing we needed in the kitchen, good toaster, microwave/grill, cooking rings, also provide tea/coffee/sugar. Lovely bedroom, and comfortable bed. Tv in the kitchen, where there’s a lovely little table and comfortable small settee, and tv in the bedroom. Good sized shower. The property is as central as it could be.

Tight parking, but managed ok and steep staircase, but some things cannot be helped, no draws in the bedroom but plenty hanging space, would definitely stay again, though I am sure it’s very popular.

Compact, warm, free parking, central, quiet - everything we needed. Walking distance to Eddie Scott's first, fabulous restaurant l'Opaline and apartment easy walking distance to many attractions, including Oktoberfest!

Parking was a bit tight with a big car but manageable.

Location is perfect. Kitchen very well equipped. Bonus to have parking. Very clean and well looked after.

Completely unsuitable for the elderly or those with children as no handrail, steep stairs and nothing to prevent anyone falling back down the stairs as they open directly into the kitchen. The refuse collection (as cafes either side) is not only a Wednesday but most mornings and the large bins tend to block your car in. Perhaps this should be added to the listing so potential travellers are aware.

Location, handy parking, cute, everything we needed.

A lovely flat in the town centre of Beverley, M and S just over the road and many other shops to visit. This is our second visit, and enjoyed it even more the second time, really clean,bed so comfortable and lovely and warm, we have booked again for next year. We can recommended this lovely flat.
