Lovely little flat. Very Comfortable and clean. Brilliant location for town centre.

Parking is very tight and we could not fit in our car so we had to use a local long stay carpark which added I an extra cost. Disappointed as I had booked this property specifically for the onsite parking. The listing needs to note the size of car that can fit. Also the stairs up to the flat are very steep and I struggle with my knee injury, could do with a handrail to make it a little safer.

The flat was in the perfect location, right in the centre of Beverley but just off the .main 'Toll Gavel' pedestrian route, so nice and quiet later on. Flat itself was spotlessly clean and well equipped.

It was perfectly adequate for us two and our two tiny dogs, but maybe not if we had bigger dogs, or maybe I'm just being picky? The only thing that really concerned us was the parking. It's a very tight space to reverse into, especially when the space opposite is occupied by another car. My husband ended up scraping the front bumper of our car (Dacia Duster, for size comparison) whilst trying to get out of the space. Other than that it was great.

Very good location for local amenities. Lovely how little touches were added, bottles of water, tea bags, washing up liquid etc. Nice and clean.

Bed not too comfortable, and quite noisy outside in the morning. Parking space is very tight for a big car.

Fantastic location, in the middle of Beverley. Lovely decor, comfortable bed, value for money!!

Just perfect!!

Self catering - but there is a big M&S opposite, very handy. Excellent central location, comfy bed, all mod cons, very good shower, spotlessly clean and modern, two TVs - a luxury.

The bedside cupboards seemed to have drawers but these were glued shut ... perhaps they could replace them with actual drawers to make a bit more storage space, especially for pants, socks etc?? It's not a very big flat, but ... it is what it is. Overall very good.

Clean and location was great

Small but clean and comfortable apartment. Ideally located 2 minutes walk from main shopping street with private parking space.

Bathroom was very small.

Easy to find, great location Similar comments to others regarding lack of comfort in the small seating area, little storage in the bedroom and lack of hand grips up the steep, narrow staircase but we managed for the time we were there and appreciate the property is compact by nature. Be aware that the kitchen cupboards are a bit high up if you are vertically challenged like me! There was some outside noise (mainly on bin day) but it didn't spoil things. We travelled by train so the parking space wasn't an issue. Probably best for a short stay.

WiFi wasn't working during our stay but it wasn't a big problem for us. We have left it in the hands of the contact person. We were concerned the windows were locked without a key around. Have since read in the reviews that they are actually unlocked but we couldn't get them open when we tried. We didn't need to use the heaters or microwave but would have appreciated some written information just in case (maybe on a wall) about those plus WiFi and windows, however the contact person was easy to reach if needed.
