Stunning 1 bed Apt in West End

Very clean

It was next to a loud bar and there was no lighting in the entry way to get in the building. Also had issues with getting hot water in the shower.

This was a fabulous apartment in the West End . We loved our visit and would definitely like to return. The location was great and the apartment was excellent . I would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment to others .

The decor and having a fully kitted out kitchen was great. The soundproofing in the flat was great too to minimise noise from outside.

We couldn’t get the rainfall shower to work so could only shower with the handheld shower. No shelf in shower to put toiletries on, or towel rail to dry towels. There were issues with the tv remotes and the smart tv. The sofa bed although stylish was very uncomfortable and didn’t provide a good night sleep. We feel that the apartment could do with an information guide, stating how the sofa bed works, wifi password, tv remotes and shower work. The hot tap was great to have though feel a caution sign is needed. The decor was lovely though a little tired in places.

Good size, would be great for a couple, but perfect for a solo traveler. Simple check in procedure. The neighborhood is GREAT! Close to "O" subway & bus lines, took the bus from the airport to walk barely a block to the flat. Close to food, grocery, pubs, etc. I would definitely stay here again. The bed was actually extremely comfortable.

More pillows (like 2 more), maybe instructions on how to use the stove & dishwasher, and the shower (wasn't sure where it turned off on until the morningI left). Bigger French press. Minor things. Would be good to have a baking sheet.

Everything was good

The property is around the corner from the Subway, making it easy to get around the city. It's close to local restaurants, take-aways, and shops, and a short walk from Byres Road. It is well furnished, too.

Nothing not to like about the place.

Decor was nice. Great location. Good communication.

As mentioned in other reviews the shower doesn’t work unless the sink is running, not an issue but would be good if this was mentioned in the pack sent prior. Sofa not comfy, but think it’s a sofa bed so often the case. Bathroom tiles are not well done, and it really lets the bathroom down. Paint on doors etc needs re-done, would make a huge difference as looks grubby but lovely colour/decor!

Fantastic location and the owner was kind enough to let us have an early check in. Very nicely decorated, and spacious. Good WiFi, plenty warm enough too.

A few niggles as others have mentioned: -shower doesn't run at all unless you have the sink tap on at the same time , would be helpful to warn you of this in advance rather than having to figure it out from past reviews -TV doesn't work most of the time, signal seems very intermittent -Hot water tap instead of a kettle, and the water from it doesn't taste great tbh -Windows really do need cleaning
