Stunning 1 bed Apt in West End

Great location, great apartment, everything you need for a few night in Glasgow.

This flat is exceptional, we all loved our stay here and would definitely book again. Ideally located for exploring the west end and for the underground into the city. The flat is clean, modern and comfortable (even the sofa bed). Suzy the owner was lovely and very helpful, even allowed an early check in which we were grateful for

We had some trouble getting the shower to work, took us a few attempts to get the hot water to run. The toilet ran a bit after being flushed and the freezer box door kept opening when the fridge door opened. However non of this would put us off from booking this apartment again.

Flat’s location is perfect. The flat looks newly renovated and has a lot of perks, e.g. floor heating in the bathroom; a hot water tap (instead of a kettle). The owner was very responsive with any issues I had.

I would’ve loved to use the facilities more, e.g. heated flooring and hot water tap - however, I only discovered these amenities on my last day. It would be good if the owners put a little laminate instruction manual in the flat, so that people could fully enjoy their stays. Additionally, the windows were not clean at all, so we kept the curtains drawn the entire time. With the exception of a lack of instructions related to amenities and additionally, the unclean windows - I would’ve given the property 10/10.

Great location, comfortable flat.

Lack of storage space for longer stay (e.g. bedside table, drawers,...). Instructions for shower and heating were vague, so took some trial & error to figure out.

Loved the location. The flat was very well equipped - eg kitchen/bathroom and lovely and clean. It was easy to access using the instructions/lock box etc.

Unfortunately we found the beds - particularly the sofabed - really uncomfortable. Also had a problem with hot water not working but to her credit the host sent maintenance around straight away to fix it - which he did - but we still needed to turn vanity on to get water working each time in the shower - which was a little odd but still workable. Some bench space to put wash bags/clothes and hooks to hang hand towel in bathroom would be beneficial. Also one power socket in living room needs attaching to the wall (it currently comes away/isnt attached properly).
