Beautiful clean apartment with lovely view and local to cinema and town center

The staff he was so abrupt had a bad attitude also nearly walked in on me naked when we where having g yo check out a d wasn't gonna give me. MY space to get dressed my partner had to ask him to give me some privacy

"Heater not working, known issue which wasn’t fixed"

Heater was not working in the bedroom in the middle of winter, next morning we found this was a known issue, they could’ve left an electronic heater around, but slept in the cold and fell ill

"Gute Wohnung für einen Kurzaufenthalt"

Die Nähe zum Fussballstadion. Schöne Wohnung mit Ausblick. Zwei Badezimmer davon eines direkt im Elternschlafzimmer.

Als wir ankamen war es eiskalt. Die Ofen mussten zunächst warm werden und wir haben noch zusätzliche Heizstrahler verwenden müssen. Wirklich angenehm warm wurde es nicht aber wir waren nur eine Nacht da von dem her kein sehr grosses Problem. Die Schlüsselübergabe war auch ein bisschen kompliziert aber hat funktioniert. Es wäre angenehmer wenn ein Schlüssel hinterlegt werden könnte und danach wieder deponiert.

"Apartment needs a thorough clean , needs a drop box for the key , location was great but that was it ."

Location

Not enough towels provided for amount of people staying . No tea towel . Stain on bed sheet/ hair on bed sheet . Creased bedsheets . 1 toilet not cleaned Shower not cleaned . Heating didn't work Dented / rusty heater Electrical sockets sticking out of the walls. Wires seen . Dirty fridge / microwave / kitchen taps Stains on blinds . Dirty towels in washing machine . The cleaner was stuck in 'Dubai' on holiday . Was sent to an alternate location to collect keys - eventually when we got through to staff, we were in the wrong place & apartment hadn't been cleaned at that point 🤷🏻‍♀️. Owner not answering phone . Staff who answered was rude & abrupt .
