City Centre Penthouse Apartment

Towels were damp and dirty, loose tap in en-suite. Unfortunately the apartment is tired and in need of some tlc.

This is a great two bedroom apartment with tremendous views large lounge two bedrooms two bathrooms all for the price of a twin room it most mid market hotel

To noise scaffolding all around the building

Views from the balcony were great, only could’ve been improved if the scaffolding wasn’t there although nothing the hosts can do about this

Workmen on the scaffolding before 7am on a Sunday morning was a wake up call I would happily live without

The location is perfect for visiting the city and easy access to public transport. The view from the property is very good.

Non of the electric heater work, lights in the hall way were not working, the beddings smell like not dried properly, some furniture are broken, there are black mould in the shower corners, water tap is not secured properly, etc. The apartment is in need of tlc.

The property is in a good location, very nice views from the balcony, its comfortable and relaxing. There's lots of local eateries nearby, especially downstairs in the lobby of the building Asiana restaurant. The host i met in the cafe to pick up the keys was very friendly and welcoming, they run a cafe for disabled people so naturally they are kind.

There were slight issues with cleanliness especially if you're a picky person. Black mould in one shower, mats in bathrooms a little stained. Other than this it was fairly well maintained.

Very handy location with great views. The host was very friendly and helpful.

The apartment wasn’t very clean. The kitchen utensils were dirty and there was no tea towel to dry any dishes you washed. The freezer was frozen over and it would have been good if the second bathroom had a shower curtain to stop water going everywhere.

A wonderful, large penthouse apartment home from home. Lovely long balcony with views.
