Affordable accommodation for our short stay in Inverness. Very clean and tidy, kitchen was great to have and wifi was good. Good to have safe parking for our car out the front. Nice quiet location and a shopping area only a couple minutes drive away. Communication from owner was great and had the heater on for our arrival. Close drive to Culloden Battlefield and to get to the main roads for onwards travel.

Accommodation might be difficult for taller people due to the slanted ceiling, we are short so it was ok for us.

The property was very clean, spacious and very comfortable and homely.

The stairs seemed a little wobbly, soft dark brown sugar left for tea and coffee which I would have preferred white granulated or even castor sugar.

Great location, not too far from centre. lovely little space above a garage. Well equipped. Includ tea/coffee . Great potential in the seating area its a great sun trap. Kitchen is great addition when staying somewhere. Clean and bright.

Stairs leading up to space are not attached to ground and feel unstable. Top stair particularly needs attention. Seating area outside could do with some tlc. Due to peaked roof I Bumped head quite a few times drying hands and putting stuff in bin.. I'm only 5ft! Bed is against the wall. Difficult for bathroom use in night. Shower above bath was difficult for OH as he can't step in bath.

The location was very good. It was very close to Loch Ness. It was within a housing estate which was very quiet. There was parking available. The accommodation was nicely decorated and had a lot of facilities for self catering (fridge-freezer, cutlery, plates, cups etc). There was an en-suite with both bath and shower. There was also a free-standing oil heater which warmed up the room very quickly.

The accommodation is above a garage so there are steep stairs you need to climb in order to get to the room. This was OK for us but maybe not suitable for elderly or disabled guests. We found the stairs were wooden and could see they were not very stable. They perhaps need replacing with more sturdy stairs? Bit concerned as this has been raised in previous reviews for over a year now but they don't seem to have taken this on board.
