"Quite and convenient apartment but basic standard."

Convenient location, in central Coventry. Despite being in a city environment, the apartment was quiet due to good, double glazing. Parking in a secure underground car park. The property owner was welcoming and responded promptly when contacted. The provision of an extra heater was appreciated.

Two of the four beds in the apartment were in a poor state. The divan bases had collapsed in the middle and repairs attempted by use of a wooden board in one case and a sheet of glass in the other! The en-suite bathroom would benefit from a complete rehabilitation, as would the balcony decking and furniture. Fire safety equipment should be provided.
