Beautiful apartment, lovely gardens to walk round within the gated area, nice welcome pack

Did have a problem with the shower flooding, but hosts were quick to respond and resolve this

The location was superb & the apartment lovely. It was quiet in the property & the central garden area very peaceful. The walk-in shower was great. The fans were essential & much appreciated for our stay. The kitchen was well equipped & the lounge comfortable.

The bathroom floor had urine stains around the toilet so hadn’t been cleaned. (thankfully we were still carrying antibacterial wipes). The drawers in the kitchen had crumbs in them too. The pub at the back of the property was noisy at night. Also, the glass collection from the pub in the early morning was very disrupting & annoying - we did have the window open as it was so warm.

"Great short stay in York"

The apartment was modern, clean and comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with everything required for a short stay. The shower was great - one of those rainfall ones. The bed was comfortable and bedroom was nice and spacious. The location of the apartment is close to the railway station and the city centre but also quiet and safe. I would definitely stay here again.

The 10am checkout time is a bit on the early side.

"loved being in York."

The apartment was lovely. Loved the shower. It’s a great location.

Found the apartment cold. Made to feel like leper as I am smoker and didn’t realise that you could not sit out in the fresh air in a garden and have morning coffee and cigarette and I was the only one in the garden. Was asked to go out of the property which I did and was then asked to move again outside the black gates on the pavement which I would have thought was a public pathway and was told to go up to a corner on the other side of the street 100 yards away. I firmly agree with the no smoking rule in the apartment but I find the rest of it a bit extreme. So for that reason I would not stay at the property again.
