Lovely flat. Fully equipped with high end appliances. Location is perfect. Close to all nice and cool restaurants and bars and also just a short walk away from the Royal Mile.

The property was warm and cozy, perfect for our long weekend trip. The living space was spacious and bedrooms well appointed.

The en suite shower drainage was very poor, we were unable to take a normal shower without stopping the water 1-2 times to allow the basin to drain. Also the coffee machine milk jug had life forms evolving inside it..

The location is great. Size of the apartment is very good. It’s well equipped.

The check-in process was very painful. Nothing was clear - the exact address, where to pick keys. The key lock box was at a different address, when I reached there there were multiple lock boxes and had to call them again to check who one. The apartment itself is very nice but with some issues. The common area carpet is dirty and smelly. One of the flushes had a continuous leak. Cracked tiles in the bathroom, broken kitchen skirtings, flickering lights in kitchen and living room didn’t help. They could have left kitchen towels at least.

Well positioned for the attractions and restaurants

The beds were not up to the standard expected for this very expensive accommodation They were substandard and the most uncomfortable I have experienced in all my years of travelling
