Confertable bed, great location.

Cooking utensils, pots and pans needed a clean. Mixer tap on shower washardto get correct temperature. Either scolding or freezing with a slight touch of tap.

Well equipped and nicely decorated

Call center not very efficient... Multiple unnecessary emails about breakage insurance. Difficult to arrange early check in despite paying the fee online Heating didn't work initially (Water and Climate control) Took 4 hours for maintenance to arrive after being told they would be on sit at 7pm but arrived closer to 9pm and then a further 2 hours for the water and flat to heat up. Reported at 5pm.... Rob of maintenance only was told at 7pm.

The cleanliness of the property Needs a re vamp The smell from the drains was really bad And needs lighting at the entrance

Did not send the check I. Information. Left me sat outside the property for pa couple of hours ignoring my messages

Comfortable and warm

Messy on the stairs area. No internet.

Nice location flat was nice

Nothing major just the sofa was abit low and wobbled abit.
