Spotlessly clean. Lovely homemade scones on arrival - and fabulous homemade bread. A great wee cottage to stay on.

A bit of a trudge from car park to the accommodation but nothing can be down about that.

A lovely cottage perfect for two people. There was a loaf of homemade bread and scones made by the owner in the cottage when we arrived. Chris met us on arrival and gave us excellent recommendations for the area. The location was excellent , about 10 minutes outside Bideford and within easy access of Barnstable.

It was compact and everything you need in accommodation. Very nice bathroom and garden area to explore. Lovely welcome touch of homemade Scones, jam, Cream, freshly baked homemade loaf, and milk in the fridge.

A very beautiful property in beautiful and peaceful surroundings. Very clean and comfortable. Cannot fault anything about this accommodation. A great place if you like to be away from the crowds but close enough to go visiting the places of North Devon. Very helpful and friendly host. Loved the orchard as we were able to let our dog off the lead and have a run around

It was a lovely place to stay it was very quiet and peaceful, and there were plenty of places to visit that would recommend to friends and family, and Chris, the owner, was very helpful 😊 would stay there again 😀
