Dingley Dell - Superb location for Truro in private accommodation

Lovely little apartment off the side of the main house. Nicely furnished and very well equipped with an extremely comfy bed. The small kitchen was well equipped with nice crockery etc. Very friendly owners who went out of their way to accommodate our two cars. Highly recommended.

Friendly, helpful and attentive host (Andy). Accommodation located close to A39, between Truro and Falmouth, at Carnon Downs, so very good travel connections.

WiFi was good, but security parameters meant that some websites were restricted The mattress on the bed was a little hard/thin - not an issue for me, but not sure about bringing my wife here for that reason.

We loved the homely feel here. We needed a comfortable, clean place to stay the night after a long day of travel and other commitments, and Dingley Dell provided us what we needed. We were very grateful for the comfortable and restful sleep we had after an exhausting day! Andy’s warm welcome was very much appreciated especially when he came out to help us find the location in the dark. We were also pleasantly surprised to find their generous gesture of milk & juice in the fridge!

Nothing really, but would have been great if there was a bit more space to accommodate 3-4, but it’s ideal for a couple.

The host was great, she explained everything. She left Juice and Milk in the fridge, and tea and coffee in the pantry. She gave us all details about the area and recommended places to eat.

We are not used to memory foam mattresses, so the bed was a bit uncomfortable, also the pillows were too soft and flat for our preference. This might be a personal preference. You might like them.
