We had a fantastic stay here! The accomodation was perfect and an excellent base for us. It's near so many great places to visit. A sweet annexe, very comfy bed and a lovely shower and very clean and tidy. Andy and Sophie were so welcoming and really went the extra mile to make sure we had a great time. They sent us a fantastic guide of places to visit and Andy let us know about local events which were taking place, we did some of these recommendations and it was great! I couldn't recommend highly enough. For the money I paid I certainly got great value. We will certainly be returning here again!

"Cozy place that is value for money and comfortable"

The place is very clean and decent. It provided all the things you need for short stay. The area is quiet and safe. It provided driveway for parking, which is good and easy to park. The host Sophie and Andy are friendly, they greet us when arrival and check out. I had dinner in one of the restaurants recommendations from the host, and it was delicious! Overall we enjoyed the stay!

Modern small apartment with everything needed for a comfortable short break. Owners Andy & Sophie were very welcoming/informative and seem to have thought of everything needed by their guests. The location is excellent for getting into Falmouth / Truro and the surrounding areas. Barely had to use my car as a frequent bus service stop is only a short distance away.

No suggestions for improvement- 10 out of 10!

Very comfortable bed, had everything we needed. Owners were very helpful. Would stay here again

Would have been good to have two chairs in the bedroom but we manged sitting on the bed.

A pleasant, quiet location. Communication with Andy, the host was excellent and the accommodation was simple but spotlessly clean and comfortable.
