The location was spot on

Upon arrival we opened the door to a strong smell of weed, it was so strong we went and sat on the rooftop balcony. The blinds and sofa beds were all stained, chunks missing out of sinks. The beds were not made up for the amount of guests staying. One of the double sofa beds had half of the mattress was missing so you sank into the bed. It was that bad 2 of my guests had to sleep on the floor. Management offered us one single bed as a replacement. Not acceptable for 2 to sleep on. Air-con didn’t work. Ceilings were covered in stains and what looked like fly eggs.

Sofa beds, both were broken and mattresses stained. Microwave was broken but quickly replaced with a new one

Desperately needed tlc, the patio door in the lounge doesn’t lock , the blinds are broken and miss matched , the decking area was scruffy , the shower needed a good scrub , there was a smell coming up from the drain the walls needed a good paint it’s such a shame as the photos were obviously taken when first done and it looked amazing but was a complete let down

Large apartment. Great location. Good facilities, e.g. washing machine, dishwasher, big fridge freezer and microwave. Comfy bed. Good bath & shower. Lovely artwork on the walls including nice photos of Liverpool.

Main issue was the heat. No windows which could be opened or air conditioning. Loved lots of things about the apartment but the heat would prevent us from returning unfortunately. The sofa bed was really uncomfortable as a sofa. We never used it because of this. The tv only worked the first night we arrived then after that was totally unresponsive. There was no way to turn it on and off to reset it to try and fix it. The appartment was really noisy till 2:30am but being situated right above a bar that's not really something you can conplain about tbf its to be expexted.
