"We will be back"

Decor, location, the staff. Especially Lacie on reception, very polite and helpful, she informed us that there were many happy days apartments (we didn’t know this) and she recommended some others for us to try…so we can’t wait to return back to happy days!

Sofa beds need changing. We have stayed here twice, both sofa beds were broken (usable but very uncomfortable)

Nothing absolutely despicable

Too loud place was dirty and damaged and customer service was rude when I complained avoid staying here !!!

We had an amazing stay in liverpool, the location was perfect with everything beatles being on your doorstep. The apartment was perfect! It was spacious and comfortable with lots of amenities. The staff at happy days apartments were friendly, Lacie was super helpful during our stay. I highly recommend if ur planning a visit to Liverpool. Thankyou!

Great central spot ,right next to the Cavern with all attractions close by

Not a lot tbh. We were in apartment number 11 on the 4th floor . A little confusion about check in but it was resolved promptly.
