Quiet environment

Beddings are too old and not neat, bed linen not clean. No suitable cooking utensils, just 1small pot, no frying pan, no bowls, the front door cover doesn't look presentable, no spare towel to use, only two small towels and the the washroom not neat enough (not professionally done). No tea, no coffee and no sugar.

Where do I start.. I’ve never stayed somewhere that made me want to go home.. it was filthy who ever is cleaning needs to be sacked.. shower disgusting the tiles on the floor was cracked and they was a slip hazard.. pubes and hair everywhere in there. The oven is dirty it had an oven pan that had other peoples food on there.. and the worst thing was there isn’t a smoke alarm when I’ve looked back on reviews that I really wished I’d done before booking there.. there hasn’t been a smoke alarm since 2024.. that for a start is a big safety issue.. I have reported this.. and best of all when I messaged the property owner she was rude and came back at me with she can’t believe what I have said to her and that I was smoking in the property which is against the rules.. for one I’m a none smoker and surely it’s against the rules not to have a smoke alarm.. she charges £50 to stay there it’s not worth a tenner.. I’ve spoken to booking.com about the issues and trading standards.. the place should be shut down untill it’s sorted up to standard.. I did offer to go there and show her how filthy it was and even offered to take me cleaning stuff and show her how it should be cleaned.. but she hasn’t replied.. I could say a lot more but I’m running out of space
