Overall the setting.

The apartment was full of smell of weed. The facilities were poor either. I could not stay there and I had to rent another property. Tried to contact the property but refused to refund.

Nice little anex everything i needed.. nice and quiet family area perfect 👌

Excellent for short stay

The bed is comfy and the kitchenette had a decent array of equipment and utensils. Great location, about 15-30mins from Birmingham City Central and there is a tesco express within walkable distance to grab food and essentials.

We did wipe down surfaces and swept the floor when we arrived as it wasn’t at a satisfactory level when we arrived. The sliding door to the bathroom does not seal shut, so there is a gap which kind of reduces privacy as well as allowing a cold draft to get in through the bathroom as it has the only opening window in the apartment. Entertainment that was shown in pictures and the guest book weren’t actually available at the property such as board games, a ps4 etc. just a flat screen TV. Wifi was unreliable at best so those who rely on it instead of mobile data may struggle.

Sofa bed is not a comfortable bed, it's hideous to sleep on. The apartment needs some TLC, the toilet door is basically a plank of glass hanging off the wall, the kitchen is fallling apart, the floors doesn't even floor anymore.
