Great location. Quiet. Modern decor. Warm. Comfy beds.

We used the sofa bed. The spare quilt was too big for the cover left. The quilt was also very dirty with unwashed juice and questionable stains, however on contacting the hosts they went straight out and bought a new quilt. Because this quilt was dirty we looked at the others on the beds, one could have been laundered also although not as bad. (I turned the stained part to the bottom, may have been fake tan) and the other quilt was cheap and a bit tatty although clean. We wouldn’t normally check inside quilt covers as a rule. There was mention of a welcome pack in the apartment information book but there wasn’t one. I would take this out of the book. There was also about 4 teabags and 6 small individual milk portions left. A wee bottle of fresh milk would have been appreciated.

Smoke alarm beeping, kitchen tap dripping 😆 would definitely recommend and return for our next visit

The family above us had young children, and you could hear them all the time running around. You couldn't get in till 4pm on the arrival day and know where to store luggage for the day? On the day of departure, we vacated the building by 10am? Again, very early and know where to store luggage for the day, so we were forced to come straight home, we were supposed to have 3 day there but the 1st day we just hung around cafes with our suitcases waiting to get into the apartment, and the last day out by 10am , no where to store our Luggage, so had to come home. So, really, we only had 1 full day in York but paid for 3!
