The Folly

Had everything we needed and the hosts were extremely helpful before and during our stay. Super close to the Great Tythe Barn where we were at a wedding, so very convenient.

A bit grubby on the floor in places and while the stairs didn't bother us, it certainly makes it a bit tricky if you need the loo in the night, so you should be aware of it.

A really lovely compact apartment with everything you need. Contact with the owners was very positive, guidance on the use of the place was very thorough. Bed was very comfortable. Heating was good( just used it a little to take the edge off the cool morning. I used the heating element provided to do some simple cooking.

The stairs to the bedroom were very steep but as I wasn’t drinking during the weekend, I had no issues with it. I was fine with it but the road from the property up to the main area of town was very steep and would be difficult for older people not so steady on their feet.
